Yesterday, Vito Corse handed over the funds collected in the framework of the summer operation Viambiente to the Commune of Sotta. The donation will be used to renovate the local primary school according to low-energy building standards.
Throughout the summer, all Vito service stations offered motorists the chance to buy a tote bag made of recycled cotton designed by the designer Ateliermdesigns.
Proceeds from the sales will be donated to several local environmental initiatives over the next few weeks.
This operation is part of their environmental footprint reduction programme with the Avvena team.
