The Avvena Programme is a unique carbon footprint reduction scheme for SMEs. Designed in 3 steps towards carbon neutrality, it allows companies to reduce their environmental impact while optimising their performance.
How to reduce your carbon footprint in 3 steps?
1) Measurement of CO2 emissions according to the Bilan Carbone® method
2) Reduction of identified emissions thanks to an action plan and internal awareness-raising
3) Implementation of a compensation programme with local co-benefits associating 1 international certified project + 1 local environmental project
Companies wishing to become carbon neutral can choose to offset their residual CO2 emissions by supporting environmental projects on a global and local scale.
This effort will be recognised throughout the programme through the Climate Awareness logo, which will be awarded to all actors who can demonstrate concrete efforts to reduce their carbon footprint.
Each company is reassessed every 12 months to verify actual emission reductions.
